假設:我有一袋地離產業道路約20公尺
如果我通過別人土地地上物只有雜草叢生或雜木
未告知情況下我將其砍掉是否會被告[毀損]?
(又例如:登山因無法通行而砍掉樹枝是否會被告[毀損]?)
又:袋地外圍是國有地要如何通知?
