餐廳名稱：法米法式甜點 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：台中市向上路一段79巷16號 電話：04-2301-1060 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 無音樂圖文網誌版 http://anniething.pixnet.net/blog/post/38201011 女人總有一個胃是專屬於甜點，秉持著這樣的理念，到哪兒都要找家甜點店來試試 法式甜點在台北可說是非常常見，不過華麗精緻的法式甜點價格有時卻令人稍稍負擔不起 來自雲林斗六的法米法式甜點，之前在台中除了美術館這兒的分店，還有在中友百貨設櫃 ，不過前陣子去中友詢問已經撤櫃了 法米似乎在台中的人氣頗旺，預計著不會有座位的情況下，一進店內就和店員說我要外帶 冰櫃裡擺滿了許多甜點，價錢看似比台北再親民些 早已聽說法米的檸檬塔是招牌，立馬和店員點了一份 甜點種類算是蠻豐富的 剛好法米對面是座大公園，於是就拎著剛買好的甜點找個椅子坐下來品嘗 外帶了檸檬塔、抹茶塔以及巧克力馬卡龍 法米的外帶盒子做得還挺精緻 京都抹茶塔 $120 塔皮有點太硬了，用塑膠刀叉切下塔皮時有些切不動 抹茶內餡非常濃厚雖然吃起來苦味挺明顯，不過還好有栗子泥可以中和抹茶的苦味 老奶奶檸檬塔 $80 上層的糖漬檸檬片如預期地苦澀 檸檬餡吃得出檸檬的香氣與酸度，蠻適合夏天的甜點 法式甜點佐落葉，其實還挺浪漫的(?) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.8.249
